-    All applications are submitted through IREMBO platform:
-    The applicant can approach Consular services office for facilitation, or do it themselves by accessing the IREMBO platform. www.irembo.gov.rw
-    The applicant will then be notified by the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration (DGIE), through SMS or email, to take biometrics features (the 10 fingerprints, Signature and the digital photo, with the Embassy. The applicant will then be issued with the e-passport within 10 days.
